Call one person and ask them what they want to do

Camping on Beach
Hiking Expedition
Clean somebodys car for them
Adventure/ scavenger hunt with prize
House Church night for Mars Hill
Trip to Richmond
Make superhero outfits and go around town interviewing people on camera,
You could give them a gift and then interview them
Hand out flowers
Sumo wrestler tournament with pillows in stomach
Thumb war tournament
Rock paper scissors tournament
A Dance Night

A mixture of many of these things.

Bottom line is that you cannot do the same thing and expect lots of people to come.
